Edwin Rivera Ford, Chairman of the Board & Director, TeamBlood Inc.

Raised in Medford, MA, Ed is the head coach at Quietman Sports Gym and a Level 2 registered coach through USA Boxing.  He is the 2015 International Masters 152 pound finalist.  He is committed to helping disadvantaged youth rise above their rough beginnings through boxing and fitness training.  He knows first-hand the difficulties of a tough childhood, as he was often in trouble during his teenage years.  He strives to help others duplicate his success in overcoming obstacles to meet personal and fitness goals.

Kimberly Wabik, President, TeamBlood Inc.

Kimberly is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who specializes in working with individuals with disabilities, trauma histories and disadvantaged youth.  She is a 2-time New England Golden Glove Champion and is awaiting her professional debut in the sport of boxing.  She is the Kids Coach at Quietman Sports Gym and a Level 1 Boxing Coach through USA Boxing.  She is dedicated to improving the physical and mental well-being of youth and adults living in poverty through boxing and fitness training.  She has an MSW from Simmons College.

Debbie Elgot, Vice President, TeamBlood Inc.

Debbie, currently an account executive at Pegasystems in Cambridge, MA is a proven Professional Services and Buisness Development IT Executive.  She has a passion for fitness and helping people; she works out at Quietman Sports Boxing Gym whenever she is in the Boston area!  She brings her IT and organizational skills as well as her enthusiasm to TeamBlood Inc.

Michelle Gould, Treasurer, TeamBlood Inc.

Michelle is a High School English teacher who works in urban districts with disenfranchised youth.  Having started boxing for a charity event (A Bout to Benefit 2015), Michelle quickly learned the physical and mental benefits of boxing, and wanted to translate these benefits to her students.  As an educator and a boxer, Michelle continues to dedicate her life to mentoring and teaching youth to care about their community and understand themselves as a vehicle for change.

Felipe Aguilera, Clerk, TeamBlood Inc.

Felipe was raised in Revere, MA and has been a member of Quietman Sports Gym since we opened in 2011.  He initially joined to lose weight but quickly realized the many other physical and mental benefits of boxing. He is a father of 2 and has committed his life to giving back to youth.
